The Hot Licks Bullet is owned by Mr. Dennis "Hoot" Gibson. Dennis made the initial purchase of a hydro boat he named "Hot Licks" in October 2002 and in 2004 added the Jim Dunn outrigger "Bullet Boat" to the team. In the 2007 season, Dennis decided to sell the hydro and concentrate on developing the consistency and performance of the Bullet Boat alone. Today, you can see Dennis and the entire Hot Licks Team working toward their goal of excellence, consistency, and success at both the IHBA and the SDBA race venues.
