Saturday morning qualifying started off good and the first round ended with us at #1 qualifier with a 5.07. We were proud to pull off such a nice pass after all the problems we experienced in Lubbock. After the second round of qualifying, we were left in the number two spot after Liquid Quicker's 4.74 E.T.

During first round, we raced Nitro Chicken who ended up not leaving the line, giving us the win. Our boat did not perform much better.

In the semi's we were again paired with Speed Sports and lost with a red light and 5.08 to their 4.98. They ended up taking the win against Liquid Quicker (who sunk at the line) in the finals.

Saturday night, we experienced some weather that carried on until about ten the morning of race day, but luckily the SDBA was able to pull off the whole race and have all the rounds in by the early evening.

Our next stop is Augusta...hope to see everybody there!
